Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main responsibility is the coordination and execution of approved direct communications to Members (i.e. mailings for Members) regarding activations, technical topics, sales promotions, events, and other local or regional activities.
Main responsibilities:
Supporting/coordinating role in organizing all approved communication for both local and regional initiatives – from planning, working with local management and leadership in the market to achieve full buy in and support for such actions – through all details organizing, realization, cooperating with coordinators from the field and vendors.
Support of the other departments with their communication needs (Marketing, Sales support, Customer service)
Cooperate on regional and local projects regarding its communications (from communication plans to execution)
Prepare e-mail campaigns
Writing copy for local communications
Localization of regional communications
Post communication evaluation, reporting and proposing result-based improvements
Requirements:
Native Slovak speaker, well versed in the Slovak language
Experience in Sales copywriting, Conversion copywriting and email marketing
Graphic creation design
Fluent in English
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, good team player
Basic budget understanding
Experience in dealing with external vendors
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent organizational skills, high personal efficiency, ability to multitask, setting and meeting own deadlines
Occasionally needs to be ready to travel both within Czechia, Slovakia and internationally. Travel might include weekends at times
