We are looking for part-time Support Associates (students) to join our Support team in Bratislava from June/July 2026! 


What you'll be doing:

  • Handling incoming live chats (and occasionally phone calls) from our customers, venues, and couriers
  • Ensuring that the delivery operation runs smoothly
  • You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset
  • You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service
  • This is a shift work position. You can work evenings and weekends too - We are available to our clients seven days a week from 7:00 am to 1:00/2:00 am.
  • Supporting primarily Slovakia, with occasional shifts for Czechia or other markets when necessary
  • You are fluent in Slovak language and you have professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2)

For a part-time student Support Associate, the basic (fixed) wage component is 7.70 € brutto / hour.
