Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced specialist/consultant/manager responsible for managing supply chain in the company and be able play role of business process improvement manager for supply chain.

Job description, Rresponsibilities and duties:
• Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity and service level.
• Manages the entire process from quote and order management to material planning and supply chain activities, inventory control, logistics and distribution, ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.
• Develop supply chain tools to better manage production scheduling and inventory cost management.
• Key role in development and coaching the local supply chain controllers and SAP Key-users.
• Identifies the operations or employee skills that could be improved to encourage smoother procedures, more efficient workflow and overall business growth.
• Communication with company management.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

• University education (Master's degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Business Management / Manufacturing / Distribution & Logistics.
• Hands on experience in ERP Systems. Especially SAP WM, SD, PP, MM.
• Fluent English language
• Dynamic and flexible person, with experience in supply chain area
• Proactive, customer-driven.
• Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Highly analytical and data driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Strong planning skills together with logical and systematic approach to work.
• Good time management skills. Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure.
• Experience with leading people
