WHY NOT production is currently looking for an Account Manager to build and sustain our continued relationships with customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing a strong tie-up with one of our biggest clients – Cheil Austria which is part of the well-known Cheil Global Network specializing in brand communications, retail, innovation and design.

Brief description of responsibilities and duties:
The new Account Manager of WHY NOT production will be expected to:

- Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients and projects
- Keep track of numerous projects and deadlines within the DACH region
- Manage projects in terms of the relationship with the customers
- Inform the company about client demands
- Try to carry out client expectations while meeting company goals
- Aim to grow business opportunities with existing clients
- Keep records of transactions and contracts between the employer company and the client

Requirements for the employee:

- Experience in retail industry and account management
- Fluent in English language
- Knowledge of German language would be highly appreciated
- Excellent communication skills and effective rhetoric
- Knowledge of furniture and interior fitting retail
- Basic knowledge of Point of Sale/Point of Presence marketing
- Very good organizational skills
- Willingness to travel to Austria (Vienna) approximately 2-3 times a week
