Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a 3rd, 4th or 5th year law student or a recent graduate (with a law degree from the Slovak Republic / the Czech Republic / EU Member States) with the ability to prioritize tasks and the motivation to contribute to their further education and personal development. If you are ambitious, hardworking, independent, creative and detail-oriented, this is a unique opportunity to gain practical legal experience and become a member of our young dynamic team.

You will be expected to play an active role in interesting commercial deals by supporting senior lawyers with various legal tasks such as the drafting and reviewing of documents, conducting legal research and participating in due diligence investigations.
