Laboratory Technician

This position is part of Global Product Organization, responsible for turning consumer needs and desires into world-class, winning products, committed to strengthening and accelerating the delivery of Global Product Leadership.
The Poprad location has around 1360 professionals dedicated to front loader washing machines, top loader washing machines. Poprad is among the World Class Manufacturing pilot plants obtaining outstanding and above the average results since the first audit.

Your task in this role will include:
You will be responsible for active execution of the tests in the Wash Performance Laboratory. The tests are carried out according to test procedures and standards. The goal is to set up the tests and the units under test, perform tests on HA washers and washer-
dryers, data analysis and report creation in order to verify the performance of the products from manufacturing.
• Testing of the final products from production to ensure optimal performance for the consumer
• Responsible for the testing activities of the washers and washer-dryers and for the quality of test results including report creation
• Setting up appliances to measuring systems and sensors for acoustics and performance testing
• Loading the appliances according the test procedure then setup and monitoring of the test
• Laundry preparation for the tests according procedures
• Evaluating and analysis of test data and creating the test report
• Perform setting and monitoring of water treatment
• Additional work with ironing and sewing machines and analysis of the water, detergent, softener
• Spectrophotometer analysis of the test samples
