Chief Accountant

Plan, organize, direct and control all accounting and fiscal management

activities of the companies (expect from external reporting preparation where can leverage on SSC being accountable for the finalization, and archive process based on local rules). Team of 2/3 people plus 1 person of external reporting in SSC.

Your responsibilities include:

• VAT reporting support to VAT team
• Custom duty process supervision
• Withholding tax process
• Responsibility for ME closing activities
• Internal control and BSR ownership
• Daily support to local management & accounting team for ad hoc analyzes
• Statistic reports for National Bank & Statistical office
• Local support for yearly Financial Statement reporting and Income tax preparation
• Contact person for external authorities in case of audits, tax controls, and other investigations
• Overview of the payroll process postings
• Responsibility for manual payments process
• Accountability for the AR process

Minimum requirements: 

• Experience in an accounting position of approx. 5 years 
• Managing team experience is nice to have
• Great communication in English spoken and written
• SAP & other ERP practical knowledge are preferable
• MS package knowledge
• Google Suite users as an advantage
