Job Description, Skills, and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of the closing, accrual process and intercompany reconciliation process.
• Record of matters related to human resource accounting and other reserves in the accounting system
• Accounting for late entries in the accounting system in accordance with company guidelines
• Preparation of the statement of changes in equity and the statement of changes in balancing reserves
• Audit of the internal control system to ensure the adequacy and accuracy of the general ledger.
• Ensuring and checking the daily processing of bank statements (booking, approval of incoming and outgoing payments)
• Professional knowledge in the field of working with the SAP system

• Fluent English and Serbian.
• At least a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or other related studies is an advantage.
• General ledger accounting experience or several years of AP/AR experience.
• Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS is an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting software (preferably SAP), MS Excel.
• Orientation to detail and independent organization
• Communication skills and ability to solve problems with customers
• Team player – even if you work on separate tasks, you will work as a team and help each other
• Enthusiasm for working in an international environment and occasional travel within Europe.
