Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a qualified expert to perform internal and external Digital Transformation projects.
In this position you will create:
* Digital factory plans as a pre-phase of Green- and Brownfield projects
* Digital Twins of existing plants
* Value stream mapping and simulation
* Recommendations for performance improvement
* Documentation and project plans for operational realization
* Matching IT environmental, often based on SAP
Job requirements:
* Having a deep understanding of IT systems in the automotive branch, especially PLM & ERP
* Capability to cooperate with our engineering team regarding technology design
* Performing project management, according to actual tools like Agile, SCRUM etc.
* Hands-on approach with high motivation to deliver quality and quantity in time
* Leadership skills to build up your high performing team and manage by positive example
* English min. B2, German and any other language is an advantage
