Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Production Planner is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring production schedules based on sales orders, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. This role ensures on-time delivery of quality products, coordinates cross-functional resources, optimizes production efficiency, and supports the achievement of overall business objectives.
Fixed-term contract for 2 years.

Personality requirements and skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or above - Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience - Production planning in automotive parts or manufacturing industry preferred
Systems: Proficient in ERP systems - SAP or Oracle preferred; familiar with MRP logic and BOM structures
Technical Skills: Advanced data analysis skills - Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure; cross-functional coordination; problem-solving
Plus: Industry certifications preferred - Knowledge of IATF 16949; Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus
