Hi, we are Concentrix+Webhelp and together with our teams, we deliver professional customer service for our clients worldwide.

AboutYou team is growing - if you speak Slovak and English, have great communication and listening skills, can handle PC work quickly and want to use the comfort of working from your own home - you are the next member of our SK AboutYou team!

Your duties:

- answer calls (only inbound, no tele-marketing) and reply to e-mails from AboutYou customers in Slovak language

- help customers with their registration, profile settings, orders, delivery, returns and solve claims (lost package, damaged goods, partial returns, etc.)

- enter and maintain data up-to date in internal database; work with ticketing system

We work in shifts according to schedule:

Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 16:30 AND 11:30 - 20:00

Saturday and bank holidays 09:00-18:00

Weekly hours: 38.75

Please note that we are hiring for full time role, with start date on 08.April 2024, and the working hours (shifts between 08-22 plus Saturdays and bank holidays) and salary are fixed conditions.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary without school-leaving examination

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
