Job description, responsibilities and duties

Answer incoming phone calls and reply to e-mails from customers.
Help customers with service-related issues.
Work shifts: 09:00-18:00 and 12:00 - 21:00 Monday-Sunday, including bank holidays
Working hours are according to the market covered - in local Romanian time.
Phone calls are inbound, no cold calling.
Suitable for people without experience.

Serbian - Proficiency (C2) and Bulgarian - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Office 365 - Skillful

Personality requirements and skills

- Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to quickly identify customers' problems and needs
- Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
- Team players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environment
- Native Serina and fluent Bulgarian with valid visa to work in SK
