What you’ll do
- Co-create and execute strategic marketing plans by segment, channel, and campaign
- Analyze data to identify insights, optimize funnels, and drive decisions
- Own campaign performance (incl. P&L) for assigned areas
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Dev to align on offers and messaging
- Create briefs and oversee campaign execution
- Optimize touchpoints across the customer journey
- Manage the marketing calendar (promos, launches, etc.)
- Support creation of sales/partner content
- Identify growth opportunities and marketing trends

Language skills
Personality requirements and skills
- 2+ years in digital/integrated marketing, ideally in tech or fast-paced environments
- Solid performance marketing, segmentation, and campaign orchestration skills
- Comfortable working with data (Google Analytics, dashboards, KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, analytics tools, and Excel
- Ability to create clear briefs and align cross-functional teams
- Experience with strategy planning, budgeting, and calendars
- English proficiency; Slovak or Czech native
