Marketing Manager/w Mailing

We are looking for a well-rounded (digital) Marketing Manager with a niche in e-mail marketing and the will to make things happen. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategy and execution of our marketing efforts. You are data-driven, proactive, enthusiastic, innovative, results-oriented, and no challenge is big enough for you.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Marketing to design the marketing strategy and execution plan
• Prepare marketing strategy for email marketing campaigns - automatisation, up-sell and cross-sell
• Work with customer database to segment and pinpoint relevant customers
• Prepare and execute plans in terms of customer retention
• Provide clear briefs on any planned activity to execution teams (marketing, product, development)
• Map the customer lifetime journey and optimise each relevant customer touchpoint
• Collaborate with the product management team to develop marketing and pricing strategies
• Lead the creation and supervision of the marketing calendar (campaigns, promos, communication)
• Work with other team members to improve the marketing and content creation processes
• Aid with preparation of both internal and external collateral (e.g., board presentations, brand and culture book, customer support marketing aids, advertising or sales material)
• Prepare and evaluate content strategy for Social media
• Effectively communicate upcoming changes and activities to key company stakeholders
• Stand-in for the Head of Marketing (if absent or unavailable)​
