Marketing Manager

We are looking for a well-rounded (digital) Marketing Manager with strong entrepreneurial spirit and the will to make things happen. You will play a key role in shaping and driving the strategy and execution of our marketing efforts. Key responsibilities
* Work with the Head of Marketing and CMO to design the marketing
strategy and execution plan
* Deep-dive into data, elicit customer and colleague feedback and conduct market research to identify opportunities and design innovative campaigns, promotions, and initiatives
* Provide clear briefs on any planned activity to execution teams (marketing, product, development)
* Design the content strategy for all digital channels and supervise its execution, making sure the team is properly briefed and have all relevant tools, processes, and necessary elements in place
* Brief and supervise SEO/SEM and data analytics collaborators, ensuring that our sites are fully optimised for traffic and conversion and all relevant metrics and KPIs are tracked in our systems
* Map the customer lifetime journey and optimise each relevant customer touchpoint
Seek innovative approaches to sales and lead generation (e.g., affiliate or referral programs, targeted ads in our self-care portal, product portfolio extension, digital gated offers)
* Collaborate with the product management team to develop marketing and pricing strategies
* Lead the creation and supervision of the marketing calendar (campaigns, promos, communication)
* Work with other team members to improve the marketing and content creation processes
* Aid with preparation of both internal and external collateral (e.g., board presentations, brand and culture book, customer support marketing aids, advertising or sales material)
* Effectively communicate upcoming changes and activities to key company stakeholders
* Stand-in for the Head of Marketing (if absent or unavailable)
