MARKETING & PR SPECIALIST (SLOVAKIA)

ON THIS POSITION YOU:
● Work closely with country manager to help accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising / marketing activities
● Oversee advertising and promotion activities including:
• TV / video
• Social media
• Print
• Content marketing
• Blogs / Video blogs
● Responsible for effective ANSWEAR Slovakian PR policy
● Responsible for adaptation or creation of Social media content (Facebook and Instagram) and web blogs
● Responsible for influencers collaboration and brand ambassadors (content and clothes)
● Responsible for adaptation of print materials
● Responsible for the market research, competitor analysis, constant follow-up of industry (fashion & e-commerce) trends.
● Proposing strategic partnerships & cooperation’s with noncompetitive brands (FMCG, e-commerce, beauty and many more)
● Maintains relationships with industry (fashion, e-commerce, digital business) influencers and key strategic partners.
● Following the latest news and trends
● Cooperate with the CZ/SK country manager, and global sales & marketing team based in Poland
● Report to CZ/SK country manager

FOR THE POSITION OF MARKETING AND PR SPECIALIST WE REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
● 2+ years of experience in PR, marketing and e-comm, with a focus on content creation
● Working experience from local Slovakian marketing agency / media house will be an asset
● Excellent networking skills (marketing agencies, business partners, media)
● High level of responsibility and self-motivation
● Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
● Perfect understanding of Slovakian advertising sector, together with fashion or e-commerce business
● Very independent, self-motivated, and responsible person
● Target-driven with can-do attitude
● Ability to think creatively and innovatively
● Flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
● Proficiency in Slovakian
● Very good knowledge of English - written and spoken
