Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our team in Zohor/Bratislava. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth across key markets. You will collaborate closely with internal team across the group to expand our client base and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping.
- Develop and present business proposals, value propositions, and sales materials.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Close collaboration with the local Managing Director and commercial leadership during the quotation and approval processes.
- Weekly reporting on progress, activities, and pipeline status.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar commercial role
- Minimum 1 year of logistics experience (warehousing + transportation).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions and a business development mindset
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- High level of self-motivation and independence, combined with team collaboration.
- Fluency in Slovak and English (Hungarian is a plus).
