Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
In line with the commercial strategy of the business unit, you perform all sales activities related with the promotion and sales of our new and existing product (metallic powders, fluxes,electrodes,welding consumables, equipment etc.) portfolio in order to reach the targets in terms of market share, margin, sales turnover, new market applications and the development of new customers.
- You will contribute to the introduction and promotion of new and existing products through direct mailing, presence at fairs, etc. in order to increase turnover and market share.
- You will follow up and analyse market evolution, market share and evolution of customers’ priorities and competition activities and report all relevant information towards sales / market management in order to contribute in a pro-active market strategy and to realise business action plans.
- You will coordinate and follow up technical support and after-sales services related to his/her customer and initiate corrective actions if needed in order to reach maximum customer satisfaction at minimum cost.
