Why we need you?
We are searching for a colleague for our international team
in the role of HR business partner
Croatia / Slovenia / Slovakia
You are the first contact for top management and line management in supporting HR matters within our business in Croatia and Slovenia. For your info, we have about 180 employees in retail energy business in Croatia and 20 employees in Slovenia.
You will advise managers in complex personnel and organisational isses. You will support line managers in applying HR tools, processes and systems. You will participate at designing new tools and systems.
Apart of the complex responsibility in Croatia and Slovenia, you will be responsible for an HR related project based on your skills and experience in Slovakia.
You communicate and implement HR tools and systems including strategic and tactical level of advisory service to managers
You lead and realise recruitment and selection for our business organisations in Croatia and Slovenia. You support onboarding.
You actively participate at HR projects
You work with other HR colleagues at developing new HR products and solutions to enable business
You present and defend HR solutions toward top management of Slovenian and Croatian business
You present and facilitate HR solutions to employees

(our HR team has 24 members, you however will work very much on individual base and with other 2 Croatian HR colleagues)
Location: Bratislava, frequent trips to Zagreb and Ljubljana
What we require?
Background: college / university
Experience with all HR functional areas
Communication to mid and top management (presenting, influencing, coaching)
Experience with participating at or leading a complex HR project
Cooperation and communication with colleauges from other teams (outside HR)
Active English (a must) and German (an advantage)
Working out documentation including presentation materials, internal guidelines …
