Your Responsibilities:

• Communicating and coordinating with international customers
• Provide product and delivery information
• Complete order processing including transport organization and invoicing
• Preparation of certificates and all documents relevant for transportation
• Delivery management and complaint management
• Package tracking
• Clarification of pricing aspects with suppliers, as well as various information and certification requirements
• Receiving processing of orders from global customers with shipping addresses worldwide

Your Profile:

• Fluent language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Completed commercial education
• Experience in the field of customer service for Export business
• Independent, efficient, and accurate working style
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Enjoy working and dealing with customers on the phone or via email
• Willingness to travel to Vienna during the induction (4-6 weeks)
