Accounting Specialist - Intesa Sanpaolo International Value Services

• To provide, in accordance with the IFRS accounting standards, timely, exact and reliable financial data information (annual and half-yearly) for the Shareholders and for the Top Management of IVS;
• To provide ISP Group, the local authorities, the shareholders and the top management of IVS with timely financial and statistical reporting in accordance with the required standards;
• To provide ISP Group with the explanations about the reconciliation between IFRS and local GAAP;
• To provide all tax accounting on the basis of financial accounting data and in accordance with the requirements of the legislative and normative acts;
• To provide the tax Authorities with timely declarations on all applicable tax laws;
• To ensure timely and correct accounting of all events of IVS, also by directly managing the documents which are not automatically recorded;
• To keep the chart of accounts including the opening, management and closure of each account;
• To ensure, manage and maintain the General Ledger;
• To ensure and coordinate the process of inventory of tangible and intangible assets of IVS as required by the local regulations;
• To ensure accounting activities related to invoices, general expenses, tangible and intangible assets;
• To ensure the entire process of account receivables and payables;
• To manage all activities related to ISP Group consolidation reporting;
• To identify the financial regulatory reporting to be prepared by IVS according to the requirements of the legislative and normative acts;
• To prepare and submit Regulatory reporting to any Regulatory Authorities (if applicable) according to the businesses in place by countries and to the other Regulatory Authorities.
