Accountable for delivering medium to large projects on time, within budget and within scope. This individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure.

Project Manager is responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of project.

- Insures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation of project management processes. This includes managing and driving of Project Schedule Risk and Issue Management.
Project Manager is responsible for Scope Change Management
- Manages the project budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, managing project resources effectively as well as understanding and knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals and financial management.
- Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal.
- Facilitates/ manages project communications and stakeholder and project team expectations.

- Master Degree or equivalent, plus 4-6 years progressive management experience, including medium large-scale projects
- Skill-set excellent and precise verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
- Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans. Ability to plan & prioritise, ensuring that all critical deadlines are met
- Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to the new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities. Adaptable with an ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building with the ability to interact with technical leads in a technical manner
- Ability to show initiative, self-motivation and innovation
- A highly analytical and logical approach to work
- Ability to understand and challenge expert opinions
- Significant IT Project management experience
