Čo od vás očakávame

  • Providing audit activities that adding value to bank operations through audit engagements (audit preparation, providing audit field work, drawing conclusions, communication of audit results, preparation of audit report)
  • Auditing of bank products & processes to evaluate adequacy of internal control system and improve the effectiveness of control processes, evaluating their compliance with legal & regulatory rules, providing assurance that objectives & goals will be achieved economically and efficiently
  • Identification of risk exposures, providing audit testing and analysis of data and related risks, measurement of their impact & likelihood
  • Performing follow-up activities to ensure that corrective action has taken place by management for audit observations
  • Solving of extraordinary events within the bank (incl. investigation of internal fraud)
  • Cooperation with other bank units
  • Leading the audit team for the tasks assigned
  • Capability to cooperate within international audit team
  • Engagement in meeting an audit plan and contribution to the achievement of the Bank's strategic objectives effectively using resources

Personality requirements and skills

  • Experience at least 2 years - in banking or audit / advisory
  • Ability to organize and express thougts well (engagement objectives, evaluations, conclusions and recommendations)
  • Skills in dealing with people and in communicating effectively (oral and written)
  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • Advanced skills / knowledge of statistics and mathematics is an advantage
  • Qualification in auditing or statistics or IT (querrying in MS SQL/ORACLE, data analysing in SAS, data processing in IDEA) is advantage
  • Proficiency with respect to internal auditing procedures and techniques and encourage to continuous improvement of him/herself and his/her colleagues
  • Knowledge of banking processes and products is advantage
  • Ability to work in a small team and Accountability for own and team results
  • Being proactive, unaided and able to lead the audit team to complete the assigned tasks and constructivelly solve problems, Flexibility and adaptability to changing environment
  • Willingness to travel
