Čo od vás očakávame

  • Act as a center for competence; preparation of labor documentation and payroll processing for seconded employees, board members and supervisory board
  • Ensuring proper payroll implementation
  • Preparation of budget and cost estimation for seconded employees, board members and supervisory board
  • Coordination of payroll activities within the team
  • Set up, implementation of updates and actualization of system EGJE
  • Handling payroll process and procedures
  • Monthly control activities related to payroll
  • Advisory for employees and managers in personal and payroll area
  • Annual settlement of taxes for seconded employees, management board and supervisory board
  • Communication with the external tax provider regarding tax return preparation of seconded employees
  • Preparation of analysis and reports for personal and payroll agenda with impact on internal legislation
  • Reporting

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a candidate who will bring along the following requirements
  • Higher degree/ education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration, payroll and International mobility
  • English - strong communication skills, both oral and written (B2)
  • Solid technical knowledge of Labor code, international tax, payroll, social security, health insurance, protection of personal data and legislation related to global mobility
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and pride in high quality work
  • Responsible and proactive approach to work
