Senior Backend architect

We are looking for a Senior Backend Architect with high level of experience in K8s, Node.JS and Typescript. Skills in microservices, event-driven architecture and distributed systems are a plus.

In your new role you will be part of an international project team (UK, US) that is providing technology solutions for a Virtual Research Organization (VRO), leading the digitization of health innovation.

As a technology leader in that space, the client has developed and launched one of the first patient-centric solutions enabling patients to provide support and assistance throughout their trials. Trials are designed and managed end to end, platforms and app upgrades are patient-centric and seamless.

The tech stack used is primarily Node.js on the backend with very little (almost no) front-end work. However, the platform team supports teams that code front ends in React and React Native. There are also teams using Go and Python at a limited scope of support.

The project is expected to be long term.
