Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your daily agenda will consist mostly of:

Setting up tools and performing campaigns that encourage conversion in B2B
Using AI to enrich data to drive personalized communication with leads
Being proactive in research and always finding new options on how to make effective outreach
Forecasting, measuring, and reporting on digital campaign performance
Creating analysis for performance optimization
Following the plan and matching forecasted expectations

Other responsibilities:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends
Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing initiatives

You will collaborate directly with the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales.

Personality requirements and skills

You have a sincere interest in marketing, sales, and business topics
Good analytical skills, ability to work with data and process it in Excel
You have the ability (and preferably also experience) to use marketing tools
You are motivated, ambitious, interested in learning and growing quickly in the field of growth marketing
Fluent English (B2/C1)
