As a PX Coordinator, your job will be to support the delivery of key milestones within our People Experience team. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with such areas such as strategic competencies, workforce planning, leadership development, culture, inclusion and belonging, recruitment, and talent development. The goal is to deliver a great employee experience and to ensure we build an organization that is fit for the future. This is a starting role, which will provide opportunities to grow and learn on the job. We strongly prefer candidates with knowledge of the local environment and passionate about leaving a mark on setting up an organization from scratch.

What you'll do:
● Support the PX deliverables and the implementation of key processes and the people strategy;
● Collaborate on various projects and assist with internal and external PX-related inquiries or requests;
● Provide administrative support to the Head of PX but also to the PX team;
● At times participate in employee events, being an ambassador for the brand.

What you'll bring:

● Preferred university education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
● Excellent computer literacy, analytical capability and ability to understand systems;
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, conversational in English, written and spoken, and proficient in Slovak language;
● Demonstrated flexibility, being able to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project;
● Not only an individual contributor attitude but also a demonstrated ability to work within a multinational team, collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
● Ability and willingness to travel within Europe, although based in Košice, Slovakia;
● Passion for continuous learning and staying informed about the latest HR and industry developments.
