Contracts Approval & Collections Manager

Ensure together with the Contract Approval & Collection Teams the financial health of company´s portfolio.
Disciplinary responsibility for the Contract Approval & Collection Team
Responsibility for carrying out the tasks performed by the Contract Approval & Collection team
Responsibility for the individual development of people
Planning and supervising of all team's activities
Process and quality assurance
Implementation and monthly evaluation of team's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Supervising all recovering activities to reduce money loss and assure quality monitoring of the non-performing portfolio
Managing relationships with the external collection agencies and dealer network
Ensuring vehicle recovery from defaulted customers

1. Leading and development of Contract Approval & Collections Team
2. Managing, delivering and optimization of all processes - starting from contract acceptance until their termination (collections)
3. Reporting (KPIs and Quality)
4. Coordination and optimization of external suppliers (used car check, car recovery, debt enforcement, execution companies...)
5. Quality management (ensure that procedures and guidelines are being followed)
6. Shift-planning and management of employee attendance
7. Participation in the interview process of new employees
8. Best practice sharing and role model
9. Collection efficiency monitoring and evaluation
10. Maintaining processes and documents in accordance with Slovak law
11. Solving relevant operational problems
12. Perform regular checks according to Internal Control System

• University Degree
• Experience in Financial services industry at least 5 years (Leasing companies, Bank)
• Experience in banking, leasing and financial products industry
• Experience in contract onboarding (banking)
