Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Leads the Insurance team with the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations, fulfils the Insurance business targets, such as existing and new insurance business, profitability, additional insurance services, acquisition of new customers and retention of customers. May also be involved in developing new products or services to offer to customers
- responsibility to adhere to agreed criteria and budgets and plan to maximise efficiency, best value and performance
- meeting targets and those of the team and organisation as a whole
- achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans
- Developing plans for insurance progress
- Communication with existing and potential customers
- Analysis of client needs with the connection to insurance services
- Communication, establishing and maintaining relationships with insurance vendors and companies who supply insurance products or services to the company
- Delivery of Insurance offers to the clients
- Presenting offers to the clients and informing about client rights and responsibilities in line with the regulations and law
- Communication with the insurance companies and clients in regards to the Premium pay
- Creating, Reviewing policies and guidelines in line with the legal requirements and law, delivering documentation to the clients
- adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
– interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers
– general administration of all insurance provisions including claims
- reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required
- other tasks as per Line Manager demand
