Service Engineer – Paper Machine Clothing

Voith Paper is seeking a Service Engineer for paper machine clothing with the opportunity to extend to Sales & Service Engineer

Your Tasks:
• Service function for Paper machine forming fabrics, press felts, press sleeves and dryer fabrics within region Southeast Europe (Home-base Slovakia).
• Contributing to the selling process, through close cooperation with internal Applications, Sales and Customer Service departments
• After completion of a defined period of familiarization within the function, the achievement of mutually agreed goals will be targeted with the opportunity to grow into a sales function for defined number of accounts.
• Development of technological know-how in Paper-making
• Technical support for machine optimization
• Technological, technical and commercial problem-solving attitude with our customers
• Coordination of various technical support functions
• Evaluation of market and competitor behavior
• Involvement in customer seminars / workshops

Your Profile:
• Completed technical studies and working experience in an engineering field and/or paper technology is highly valued
• Experience in papermaking is valued
• A high degree of self-motivation
• A proactive working ethic and a social networking desire in combination with a high degree of willingness to travel.
• Working independence, responsibility awareness, a team player attitude and service orientation
• Good MS Office knowledge, competence and confidence with the written and spoken English language.
• A valid driving license B
