Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Methodical lead and coordinate team of Supplier Quality Engineers and Quality technicians (incoming/process control/outgoing)
- Ensure customer specific requirements are properly cascaded into the supplier/sub-supplier chain
- Set up KPI criteria for evaluation of supplier performance
- Monitor and track supplier performance on regular basis
- Supporting team (SQE) in case of critical supplier issues
- Participation on external and internal audits
- Assure continuous improvement is made in all production quality deliverables
- Responsible for nonconforming material management
- Assure Supplier PPAP process for new and changed products is in place and support APQP activities
- Communication with the supplier on regular basis

Personality requirements and skills
- Min. 3 years of experience as Quality Engineer/Leader/Supervisor
- University degree: Mechanical/Electrical education
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong Quality and Technical mindset
- Knowledge of 6sigma tools, Quality Core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP), 8D, CP and other basic quality tools
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, VDA 16
- Job experience in automotive industry is advantage
- Team Work and good communications skills
- Capable to work under high stress conditions
- Advanced skills in using the Microsoft office applications
- Flexibility
