Job description, responsibilities and duties
This is an ad for people who want to help with building a new Norwegian company in Kosice. Bellow you can see standard information but what is happening now?
- We have one small office but checking from the window, how our new offices will look like
- We dont have coffee machine yet, but we will choose the best coffee machine and coffee which our colleagues will love
- We are 7 people now and looking forward to sit with newcomers who are already on the way - March and April
Key responsibilities:
- Be part of a Scrum team and actively take part in developing Visma products
- Contribute to quality assurance before implementation: discuss risks and risk mitigation, what automated tests are necessary and sufficient
- Create and maintain automated test strategy within the team
- Design, implement, execute and maintain automated functional and nonfunctional (e.g. security and performance) tests
- Ensure the adequate level of test coverage by automation
- Ensure that the automated tests are executed appropriately in the development process and delivery pipeline
- Collaborate with developers and test engineers when appropriate with f.ex. pair programming of automated tests
- Communicating clearly and effectively about quality assurance with technical and non-technical people

We are looking for a person with good experience in testing who meets several of the following expectations:
At least 4 years of testing experience, including:
- Test automation (preferably .NET)
- UI (Selenium Webdriver)
- API automation or at least manual testing
Knowledge of test designing and planning tools:
- Sheet/Excel, JIRA, Zephyr
- Knowledge of some of these tools is a benefit:
- SoapUI, RestSharp, SpecFlow/Cucumber, TeamCity, SonarQube, JMeter, AppDynamics
Personal skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong collaborative skills
Regardless of the long list of expectations mentioned above you do not need to be an expert in all areas. Equally important as all tech skills are how you fit the group as a personality.
