Reinsurance Accounting Manager – Team Leader

Your main tasks will be:

• Leading a team of accountants
• Dealing with complex reinsurance and retrocession accounting tasks
• Developing and motivating team members to meet set business objectives
• Managing data quality and timely payment performance
• Continually improving processes and business applications considering E2E business impact
• Conducting quarterly and yearly closings, ensuring their timelines and quality
• Collaborating with other teams and departments to deliver excellent service to our business partners

Our expectations:

• University education, preferably in Finance/Insurance
• Minimum 5 years of Reinsurance accounting experience and 2 years of leadership experience
• English – proficient communication skills (C1) – German/French language is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills aiming to win-win result
• Unstoppable will to advocate needed changes in front of your team and senior management
• Strong detail orientation and ability to deliver pragmatic solution fitting to purpose
• Familiarity with project management and change management is an advantage
