HoReCa Sales Representative – Slovakia

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HoReCa Sales Representative to develop and expand our presence in the Slovak foodservice sector with a track proven results. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial sense, knowledge of the HoReCa landscape, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and new HoReCa clients (distributors, restaurants, catering companies, etc.).

• Promote Viciunai's product portfolio (frozen and chilled categories: dumplings, gyozas, fish portions, surimi, herring, salmon, salads, and more).

• Identify new business opportunities and actively seek customer acquisition to grow market share.

• Organize tastings, product introductions, and promotional activities in cooperation with clients.

• Collect market feedback, analyze trends, and suggest product improvements or portfolio adjustments.

• Collaborate closely with the Slovak Sales Manager and VCE team to align strategies and share best practices.

• Support forecasting and provide regular reporting on sales activities and results.

• Participate in HoReCa tenders, pricing negotiations, and promotional planning.

• Ensure smooth delivery processes in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
