Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to join our team, who should be proficient and able to perform the following tasks:

 

Motivating the production team to achieve production goals.

. Directly coordinate and supervise those responsible for shift in production optimization.

. Coordinate between sections to achieve production area goals.

. Coordinating and directing shift supervisors to maintain order and cleanliness of the plant,

. Trains Shift Leaders using a continuous training plan in the areas of: management and technique

 

Is able and committed to:

- Follow HSE and OHS standards.

. Control and supervise external contractors within production.

. Help in the development of new applications and technologies.

. Monitoring and controlling the objectives of the productive area of the company.

. Collaborate on the proper environmental management of the waste produced.

 

1. Generally should have the abilities to:

. Ensure compliance with HSE and OHS standards.

. Coordinates activities between production departments.

. Monitoring production efficiency, providing production support.

. Collaboration on designing policies for productive strategy.

 

2. The candidate's specific knowledge should include in particular:

. Implementation of the production requirements plan.

. Experience and ability to solve day-to-day production problems.

. Ability to gather and dispose of detailed up-to-date production information.

. Track schedules of available positions.

. Reporting to company management in the form of weekly and monthly KPIs.

. Making recommendations to improve efficiency.

. Collaborate and coordinate on scrap reduction action plans.

. Resolve issues that may impact product quality.
