Inžinier zákazníckej kvality (Customer Quality Engineer)

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a 2-3 year experience to join our team.
The Quality Engineer's responsibilities will be orientated to the customer quality, which include the lead of 8D problem solving team linked to customer claims. Direct communication with customers - willing to travel if needed.
Perform and lead testing of claimed parts from customers; plan, organize and implement of preventive actions and tracking of implementation.
Tight cooperation with technology, production, and quality team.
Prepare and provide quality reporting on regular bases.

A successful Quality Engineer should have excellent troubleshooting and communicating skills to be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why)
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.

Quality Engineer Requirements:
• Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role (is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English language (communication)
• Hungarian language is an advantage
