Marketing and communications specialist (Bratislava)

As marketing and communication specialist you are responsible for the daily marketing and communication within VGD. By shaping and executing the marketing and communication strategy of VGD you will further build the positioning and branding of our organization in the market. You will work together with various internal stakeholders.

Your most important tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing and evaluating marketing and communication strategy aimed at reaching and increasing brand awareness among various target groups in Slovakia.
- Setting up, developing and implementing actions and campaigns via both online and offline communication channels (including social media), aimed at strengthening VGD's market position.
- Supporting various business lines and marketing new products and services in close cooperation with the departments involved.
- Organizing webinars and creating communication for existing and new clients
- Oversee and approve various marketing materials.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media that attracts and converts our target groups
- Developing employer brand to attract new employees specifically among students in close cooperation with HR .
- Engage our employees via internal communication and various events through the year.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Reporting to the management team on all marketing activities and results achieved.
