Financial Data Analyst

We expect to triple our customer base by the end of 2022 and are looking for graduates who will join our customer success team to work on client data cleanup, consolidation, and import. In the beginning, you will receive training with us in Bratislava to fully understand the data you will be working with. Afterward, you can work remotely and will work together with our customer success managers, which includes:

- Working with various financial statements (i.e. profit & loss, balance sheet, income statement) and other investment data (i.e. cap tables, transaction documents).
- Partnering with our customer success managers to understand client data (Excel, Word, PDF) and agreeing on the proper steps to process it and prepare for import into our software.
- Participating in the overall implementation project management and proposing solutions to improve our internal processes.

As you get familiar with our customers and their workflow, we expect this role could evolve into direct customer support and/or writing our documentation, so that you leverage your newly acquired knowledge and keep on developing.
