Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are now looking for a new Purchaser to join our dynamic team in Nove Mesto, Slovakia!
Our new colleague will plan the purchase and material flow supply for production needs. Secure correct supplies for production and control continually value of supplies.
What kind of work will you be doing?
Purchase and plan supplies according to assigned commodity type, control value of supplies.
Purchase material, components and supplier servicies according to production plan following company rules.
Co-work on preparation of daily/weekly production planning and provide inputs for formation of monthly MPS.
Plan and coordinate delivery deadline with suppliers .
Assure securing of flow order prostredníctvom continual coordination with suppliers.
Urge suppliers anytime when potencional risk in term of supply deadline is noted and monitor all stock operation inputs.
Suggest emegency planns focused on solution of especially critical short-term situations, directly manage the operational aspects.
Prepare forecast for another month after agreement with material department, observe extent of deviations from forecast plan and define preventitive precautions.
Negotiate with selected local suppliers regarding to: service level, lowering costs and improving supply chain.
Co-work openly and proactively with other departments, which are "internal custumers" or "internal suppliers".

What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?
- High School education.
- At least 2 years of experience with purchasing, logistics.
- Knowledge of purchasing metods and instructions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of MRP system.
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent English language.
- MS Office Professional (Outlook, Excel, Word).
