Job description, responsibilities and duties

• manage the Master Items and BOMs in Oracle, acting as the Oracle Data Insertion Specialist (ODIS) supporting ETO Eng team in Nove Mesto.
• Continually work to enhance the processes to enter and maintain master data within Oracle. The scope of this role covering three key areas of Oracle:
 Part Number Creation / Input
 BOM Creation for ETO Complex / Input
 Configurations Creation for special units / Input
• All information entered accurately, consistently, and completely into Oracle and PLM according to the standards set forth by the team and the Business.
• Ensure Item and BOM structures within the Item Mater supports the Oracle Configurator and its capabilities.
• Provide support to the engineering community in regards to structure and use of the Oracle;
• Continuous development of the work flow and Product (Item) Naming conventions (Item naming structure and Description naming structure).

- Good knowledge of Bill of Materials structure and, eventually, their configurations are essential.
