Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Managing and providing all technical capabilities to the factory in order to execute NPI (New Product Introduction).
You will be responsible for:
• Implementation of new products and technologies
• Provide all technical capabilities to the factory in order to execute NPI and optimization of production processes
• Manage and support product line transfer projects between our factories in EMEA
• Collect and provide input to the product design concepts on materials, parts, and assembly methods based on existing and new manufacturing
• Preparation and implementation of new technologies investments
• Manage manufacturing pre-production build and conduct pre-production build audit
• Trainings for local manufacturing engineers referring to a new product implementation
• Evaluates saving projects and searching for potential ways of cost reduction
• Develop process flow charts
• Drive Strategic Make vs. Buy decisions
• Manage, modify data in ERP system: BOMs, RTGs...
You will be responsible for:
