Job description, responsibilities and duties
Vertiv is seeking an experienced angular developer to support in the development of its global thermal rating tool. In this role, you will be working in an Agile environment with a diverse team of engineers, developers and project managers located around the world to build a state-of-the-art calculation tool that is used to predict the performance of Vertiv’s thermal product offerings.
• Experience designing and developing Single Page Applications using Angular 9+, Angular Material, Angular Material Flex, TypeScript, HTML and SCSS
• Practical knowledge of RxJS library and have a reactive mindset
• Experience in state-management using the Redux pattern
• Demonstrated capability with object-oriented principles, design patterns, data structures and in-depth knowledge of the Angular framework
• Strong working experience in interfacing with JSON based REST APIs
• Experience with modern software development tools for continuous integration/deployment including Git and Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of advanced debugging techniques to quickly resolve critical bugs
• Experience with mono-repo architecture using Nx tools is a plus
• Experience with writing and creating Unit Test/e2e tests is a plus
