Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization. Be part of a highly skilled team of change agents working with all functional areas of the business as well as customers and suppliers. Develop, execute and sustain effective process improvements that drive process and productivity enhancements utilizing Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
Position is replacement for maternity/parental leave.
Responsibilities:
• Participate on facility Vertiv Operation System (further only VOS) communications, education and trainings
• Takes important role in the company VOS team to develop and deploy VOS strategy
• Facilitates kaizen and problem solving workshop teams
• Proposes opportunities for improvements in standard work, standard work for leaders, cost benefits, quality, etc.
• Frequently interacts with peer groups, interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
• Is part of change initiatives and drive process excellence
