Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Responsible for providing administrative support through processing orders.
• Order entry and management (opening and assigning service requests, loading estimated invoice value, part requirements, sales orders, purchase orders (creation and receipt), some transactions on Oracle Installed Base.
• Service reports processing (material transactions, debriefing, invoicing, archiving).
• Admin and interface subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare invoices calculating price and margins.
• Credit Note creation
• Interface customers, service supervisors and service engineers in all administrative issues.
• In case MU requires assistance on handling customer calls: provide of support, according to the actual needs.
• Scheduling service requests, maximizing efficiency and productivity

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

From 1050, depending on the experiences. Christmas bonus 70% from salary, bonuses for life and work jubilees, other benefits.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Swedish - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
