Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The contract administrator is responsible for administering and processing and preparing all new and existing service contracts. Provides support to coordinators, sales representatives, and customers, and processes data change requests.

- Ensures that all necessary documents are processed in accordance with agreed service levels,
- Work closely with business representatives from each of the entrusted regions and other departments,
- Communicates with customers to answer their questions and provide the best possible service,
- Uploads data to Oracle in order to ensure correctness for billing purposes (data for new and existing contracts),
- Processes the termination of contracts on the basis of incoming requests,

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
