Job description:
- Being an entry point and providing aftersales support to Vertiv customers via email or phone.
- Actively communicating with other internal departments and with customers
- Customers' claims administration into actual company system/ERP
- Evaluating and solving issues according to company procedures

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

From 1100, depending on the experiences. Christmas bonus 70% from salary, bonuses for life and work jubilees, other benefits.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Technical education is plus, but not mandatory

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Outlook - advanced

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

Good communication skills (customer service experience).
Ability to solve challenging situations and make decisions.
Ability to prioritize and escalate operations by importance.
Precision, detail orientation.
Ability to travel 1-2x per year.

Other European language is an advantage.
