Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are hiring several positions - both permanent and temporary for 6 months.
We are looking for person with combination of these languages English + German or English + French. For temporary postition is english enough.

- Providing first line support for warranty claims to Vertiv customers, ensures the entire active communication with customers via emials or phone.
- Analyzes and solves the claims according to company procedure and to customer satisfaction.
- Enters all claims in respective systems and creates the reports.
- Activelly communicates with other departments and with customers to solve the claim.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Technical education is plus

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Outlook - advanced
