Processing a comprehensive warranty claim agenda from their receipt to the technical approval and subsequent system proccesing according to the prescribed rules and processes.
- Providing first line support for aftersales warranty claims to Vertiv customers
- Proceeds according to established warranty service procedures from receipt of the complaint
- Operates relevant systems, databases and reports
