Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager who assures the quality of the products shipped by the plant to the customers are in line with the customer expectations.
The Quality Manager will provide leadership, direction and ensures strategic deployment of Product Quality and Quality Systems.
The Quality manager will be responsible to deploy, improve and measure product quality system and related standards and continuously improve product quality based on customer and supplier feedback.
Job description, responsibilities and duties:
- Lead and ensure strategic deployment of Product Quality and Quality Systems.
- Lead the Quality function including Quality Systems, Product Quality, Supplier Quality Management, Customer Quality.
- Support the Product Development Process assuring that Quality deliverables are properly managed.
- Responsible to secure continuous improvement.
- Participation on internal ISO audits, customer audits, …
- Responsible for reporting: KPIs reports, reports for COE, EMEA, ...
- Responsible for the budget of the team.
- Lead the quality team.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Driving licence


Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in management or technical orientation.
- At least 5 years of experience in a position inside Quality organization of a manufacturing company.
- English is a must.
- Familiar with ISO 9001 standards, quality systems, tools and standards desired.
-Problem resolution practices, methodologies (RCA, 8D) and statistical analysis.
- Attitude to listen customers' (internal and external) needs.
- Strong leadership and team player with capability to lead and develop business & people
- Very good communication skills.
- Proactive and high-energy style.
