Job description, responsibilities and duties

This position is replacement for maternity leave.
- Spares planning, forecasting, inventory management, best source approach
- Communication with suppliers, issuing purchase orders and confirmation of delivery of spare parts
- Ensure timely execution of delivery plan, follow-up or expedite orders as necessary to meet schedules
- Communicate with service warehouse to assure correct and timely reception of parts
- Work with the system, always maintaining current data for reports and analysis
- Set and maintain planning parameters in the system for new and existing items

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Business Administration, Logistics or Operations Management are plus

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Italian - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- University Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Operations Management preferred or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Italian and English language.
- Basic knowledge about planning techniques and purchasing and best practices
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
