Do you like to work and analyse the data? Are you a fan of administrative work?
So come to our company Vertiv Slovakia and use English language while work with data. We open this position for first time at our Bratislava office. So there will be many challenges, new processes and possibilities.


Main responsibilities:
• Assists in developing and maintaining standard processes including relevant documentation
• Maintains integrity and accuracy of the company database so the right person gets the right information at the right time.
• Maintains data standards, makes sure the databases contain consistent, accurate, clear and defined data and are available for all users.
• Inserts, changes, solves data issues so the users access the data concurrently in a form that suits their needs.
• Provides a support and works closely with master data management team, preventative maintenance schedulers and contract administrators.
• Regularly communicates with operational staff to ensure database integrity.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Required experience:
At least 2 years proven administration experience
Work experience on similar position/trade is an advantage

Language skills:
Fluent English and other European language

PC skills:
MS Office
Excel - advanced

Technical/practical skills:
EPR system such as Oracle is an advantage

Personal expectations:
Analytical and accurate person
Able to prioritize and organize tasks
Candidate must be patient, communicative and possess quick orientation skills by issue solving
